Yamashiro Farmer’s (Night) Market

All summer long, my good friend Julie raved about the Yamashiro Farmer’s NIGHT Market. On Thursday evenings, she and her two daughters could usually be found in the Hollywood hills munching on gourmet duck tacos and freshly made crepes.

Last week I finally had an open Thursday evening, and joined my friends for a Girls Night Out at the Farmer’s Market. We had such a great time, and now I’m kicking myself for missing out on the fun these past few months!

Note: The final market dates are October 21 and 28 from 5 to 9pm.

  1. Clever having a Farmers Market open to the public during the week at night. It’s great for those who don’t have time to visit on the weekends – when most are open for business. Those are small windows, so it’s great to have other options.

I also love the Asian/Mexican fusion happening more and more now. It’s fun to see Korean and Japanese tacos, Korean salsas and wasabi guacamole. The food looks fantastic.

  2. Oh my! Those duck tacos look incredible!!

  3. we have different jewelry boxes at home and most of them comes from my mother who like to collect jewelry boxes ~-`
