I love every single thing about this. So very French, and it reminds me of everything I love about Ludo’s approach to food. He cooks in-season and is not afraid to celebrate our ability to see animals as food. If PETA saw that logo of a pig’s head with a hatchet in it, they’d protest the restaurant (then make another sexy commercial with naked models in it).
Thanks for sharing. Wish we’d have had a chance to join you. And how great is that wine from Vines on the Marycrest? We bought a couple of bottles of his wine this Summer. Still on their bellies, but they’ll be in ours soon enough.
